ROASTERY
In 2023, LFCC launched our roasting program. After several years of education and experimentation, we are finally ready to share our coffee with our customers. Head on over to the shop tab to snag a bag today or swing through the shop and let our baristas help you choose! Our Head Roaster and Coffee Director, Riley, would love to chat with you about our coffee offerings!
The Lab
Our baristas use our “Lab” menu as a platform for creative expression! Constantly sampling new and interesting beverages, our team loves to bring you our concoctions. Sometimes we put a coffee twist on a classic cocktail or toy with different flavor combinations in our coffee drinks! Feeling inspired or just in the mood for a change? Try something from “The Lab”.
Tea
Piper & Leaf Tea is artisan tea from our neighbors in Huntsville, AL. They source only the best of the best teas, direct from farmers, and then combine them with locally grown fruits and herbs! Whether you want something fruity and refreshing or a yummy Chai Tea Latte, we have you covered!
Workshops
We also host educational coffee workshops throughout the year. You can learn everything from home brewing techniques to the history and science of coffee. Check out our workshop page for dates and how to get your ticket!
